If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, you may exchange them for equal value product credit, same-value exchange, or a full refund (less shipping & handling). Within 30 days of delivery, select products can be returned by initiating a request.
Please note, Carib Cultura, LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns. There are several products exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, cosmetics or cosmetic accessory items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. Please send inquiries to: email@example.com.
Only orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for cancellation. When your item ships, you will receive a tracking number via email/sms. You cannot cancel or modify the order once your order has been marked as shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENT CLAIMS
Carib Cultura, LLC provides tracking numbers for every package sent. We ask that you check with your local postal carrier if a tracking number shows a package as having been delivered but you haven’t received it. In some cases, you may be required to file a lost/stolen claim with your local post office. After a shipment has been reported lost with the local carrier, please submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement of the lost shipment.
